Postcode Brief lists recent planning applications within a radius of the postcode. Large developments or extensions on adjoining plots can affect light, privacy, and value.
Heritage and conservation
Listed buildings and conservation areas restrict alterations. Even if the property itself is not listed, a conservation area can limit changes to windows, roofs, and boundaries.
Your own plans
